Julia's Happy Tails Pet Sitting Service is excited to provide tender loving care to most domesticated pets including cats, dogs,
fish, birds and most caged animals (guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits and hamsters just to name a few) in your Western Loudoun
County home. If you have an exotic or unusual pet, please give me a call to see if I can provide the appropriate care your pets
need. In-home pet care is a wonderful alternative to kennel boarding. It reduces much of the stress that your beloved pets
experience while you are traveling and it also reduces your stress and anxiety as well.

Initial Booking Consultation
The initial booking consultation is an informal meeting between you, your pets and your pet sitter!! We will complete the necessary
paperwork, answer questions, transfer key, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. This consultation usually lasts between 30-60 minutes.

* Julia's Happy Tails Pet Sitting Service reserves the right to refuse service.

AM and PM Walks
Going to work early or staying late and feeling guilty about leaving them home alone that long? I will let your dog have an early
morning (7am) exercise, late afternoon (4pm) outing or early evening (7pm) excursion. I offer 30 minute walks or backyard
playtimes with your pet Monday through Friday. Your dog will enjoy a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or an afternoon
playtime with their favorite toy, fresh water and a treat approved by you. I will fill out a "daily report" to let you know how things went
with your beloved pets.

* For clients who need daily walking services, I provide a Frequent Walker Program. Schedule 10 walks a month and receive a
10% discount off the standard rate.

Vacation Visits
Vacation visits include the following services:
  • 30 to 45 minute visit with your pets
  • TLC for your pets
  • Fresh food and water
  • Walks and playtime
  • Necessary medications
  • Brushing/petting
  • Clean up any pet messes
  • Playtime with favorite toys
  • Scoop litter boxes daily
  • Bring in newspaper, mail and packages
  • Water indoor plants
  • Alternate lights, blinds and curtains
  • Provide a secure "lived-in" look to your home
  • Take  trash/recycling to/from curb
  • Fill out a daily report and email, text or call client to report your pets progress and well being

Vacations Specials:
* For clients going on vacation I have two specials. Receive a 10% discount on visits one week or more (7+ days). Receive a 15%
discount on visits two weeks or more (14+ days).

Overnight Companionship
Overnight Companionship visits include the following services:
  • 12-Hour overnight stay
  • Overnight companionship 7pm -7am
  • TLC for your pets
  • Evening walk
  • Dinner feeding
  • Morning walk
  • Morning feeding
  • Mail/newspaper/package collection
  • Trash/recycling to/from curb
  • Water houseplants
  • Scoop litter boxes
  • Refill caged pets feeders
  • Necessary  medications
  • Brushing/petting
  • Clean-up any pet messes
  • Playtime with favorite toys
  • Provide a secure "lived-in" look to your home
  • Fill out a "daily report" and email, text or phone call client

Vacation Specials:
* For clients going on vacation I have two specials. Receive a 10% discount on visits one week or more (7+ days). Receive a 15%

Quick Visits
Quick visits are ideal for:
  • 15 minute visit with your pets
  • TLC for your pets
  •  Quick potty break
  •  Ideal for caged pets who only need a quick food/water check
  • Administration of medication
  • Litter box cleaning

Medication Administration
I will gladly administer oral medication such as pills and liquids or topical ointments to your pets.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Returned Check Fee $25

Cancellation Fee
Require 48 hours or more advanced notice of cancellation to avoid fee.
Cancellation fee is $20

Late Payment Fee
Clients with past due balances over 7 days, must pay a 5% late fee, on top of balance due. A 5% late fee will be added every 7
days until balance is paid in full.
Snow Policy
When Loudoun County Public Schools are CLOSED or during severe/incliment weather
  • Clients must call Julia's Happy Tails Pet Sitting Service to cancel or check pet sitter availability by 7am that morning.
  • Clients must provide the name and number of a close neighbor in case of extreme weather.
  • Client must provide Julia's Happy Tails Pet Sitting Service with salt and a shovel to clear walkways.

IMPORTANT TERMS
50% of payment is due before service starts. 50% of payment is due upon completion of service.

A separate signed and completed Service Request is also due for each service, before service starts.

With permission you may leave a check of 50% and the completed Service Request for the first visit. However, your pet sitter must
leave your home without providing service if you forget either item.
